Q: How do you sign up for LocoBee.com?

Answer: Signing up is simple and can be done in three ways. You may sign up using the online form. Second you can sign up by calling us directly or third we can fax you a sign up form.

Q: What forms of payment do you take?

Answer: We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover, We also accept checks if you pay the year in advance

Q: Do I get a discount or saving if I prepay the year?

Answer: Yes you will save by pre-paying for the entire year ($499.00 an $89.00 savings!).

Q: I think my listing is already on the Internet why do I need Locobee services?

Answer: There are several reasons why you would want to use our services to optimize your Local listing.

  • Local Search Listings come from a site�s database comprised typically from historical data compiled from Yellow Page Directories.
  • Data from these Yellow Page Directories can be up to 2 years old.
  • LocoBee provides a service "one stop shop" for a Client to update, in a timely fashion, all of their local search data. (on over 40 directories including Google, Yahoo! and MSN)
  • LocoBee places your ads in many online directories that have great organic placement (high search engine rankings) providing a second point of entry to your business
  • Google gives special placement for User Created Content and allows users to view only content that is "user created"

How will I be charged / billed?

Will search marketing help me?

Yes -- with or without a website we can show your business information, locations, phone numbers and driving directions to potential clients searching for businesses in your area. We see immediate search activity on your account when you sign up for our system. You do get the immediate benefit that some people looking for businesses in your area will see your information.

What is GeoTargeting?

GeoTargeting is a term used to describe localized search engine advertising. You select the areas that you want to advertise in and we set up the search engine advertisment to trigger only when the prospect searches for business within that defined area.

Why can't I see my listing when I search?

The most likely cause is that we are still optimizing your campaign. The second most common reason is that you may be using keywords that we have not optimized your listings for. Email us at [email protected] any phrase you believe your listing should trigger on.

Do I have to commit for a certain period of time?

This is a 12 month campaign. We work on your campaign every month to get the best results and traffic possible. Your results will naturally improve over time as we optimize your listings.

How are my business listings ranked on Google? Can you gaurantee me a number 1 ranking?



We cannot gaurantee rankings. Although we do get many number one rankings for our clients we cannot gaurantee the results. All Google search results are based primarily on relevance, and Google Maps listings are no different. Google Maps ranks business listings based on their relevance to the search terms entered, along with geographic distance (where indicated) and other factors. Sometimes our search technology decides that a business that's farther away from your location is more likely to have what you're looking for than a business that's closer.

Google Maps and the Local Business Center are a free service, so there's no way to request or pay for a better ranking. We also can't provide additional details about our ranking algorithm. We do our best to keep the details of the algorithm confidential in order to make the ranking system as fair as possible for everyone.
