It’s not too late yet! “Konosu Fireworks Display” and “Tsuchiura All Japan Fireworks Competition” in October

It’s already September. Did you enjoy the fireworks this summer?

Some might say yes, and some might say no. Those who missed them out, it is still too early to be disappointed!

These days not a few fireworks events are held not only in summer but also throughout the year. Here I’ll introduce two especially recommended fireworks display in October.

The first one is “Konosu Fireworks Display” to be held in Konosu City, Saitama Prefecture.

This fireworks display is sponsored by Chamber of Commerce and Industry Youth Division of Konosu city.

Utilizing the location of a riverbed with a wide river width, you can see large scale fireworks called “Ootama” everywhere, and fantastic Star Mine, the fireworks combines music and fireworks, as well.

You must see the star mine “Otori Ranbu”(which means “Phoenix Dance”) composed of 300 repeated shots and several big shots including the world’s largest scaled balls!

The second is “Tsuchiura All Japan Fireworks Competition” to be held in Tsuchiura City, Ibaraki Prefecture.

This “Tsuchiura All Japan Fireworks Competition” is one of the three biggest fireworks displays in Japan, along with Omagari and Nagaoka.

It is divided into three sections: Star Mines section, Large Scale Fireworks section, Creative Fireworks section. Participants compete for the quality of fireworks, and the Prime Minister Prize will be awarded to the winners.

Also, after 7:00p.m., numerous fireworks sponsored by the competition organizer will be launched from multiple places at the same time, and this is very impressive!
